Multi-photon Upright Microscope

The system provides three-dimensional optical sectioning similar to that achieved with confocal microscopy, but because it is less damaging than confocal imaging, it is ideal for imaging living specimens especially when deep imaging is required. Key applications include the observation of neural networks in mouse brain, microvasculature in tissues or whole organisms, and developmental studies in living embryos.


Microscope:

Nikon upright microscope with fix stage insert for small animals, glass slide, and Petri dishes of size from 35mm to 60mm.
