About
The DNBelab C-TaiM 4 is a portable droplet generator designed to encapsulate single cells into droplets for 1-4 samples in one run. It is meticulously crafted to facilitate high-throughput single-cell RNA-seq and ATAC-seq. This compact device seamlessly integrates advanced technologies, including dual-bead cell capture, a microfluidic droplet generator, and state-of-the-art computing modules.
Single-cell 3' RNA-seq Service
Single cell suspension can be submitted to BioCRF and is processed with DNBelab C Series High-throughput Single-cell RNA Library Preparation Set coupled with DNBelab C-TaiM 4 Droplet Generator to yield ready-to-sequence libraries. Different service plans are available according to users' preference and are listed as follows.
