Flow Cytometry
Our flow cytometry core features six high-speed Fluorescence-activated Cell Sorting (FACS) equipment for a wide variety of applications such as cell sorting, multi-color immunophenotyping and cell cycle analysis.

Influx is a stream-in-air cell sorter which allows multi-parameter detection (up to 18 PMTs for different scattering and fluorescence parameters) and high-speed sorting into different collection plate/ tube formats.
Aria III is a flow-cell-based cell sorter which allows multi-parameter detection (up to 12 PMTs for different scattering and fluorescence parameters) and high-speed sorting into different collection plate/ tube formats.
Influx-BioProtect IV is a stream-in-air cell sorter enclosed in a Class II Type A2 biosafety cabinet. It allows the multi-parameter detection and high-speed sorting of samples of BSL-2 or below.
The BD FACSDiscover™ S8 Cell Sorter is a flow-cell-based spectral flow cytometer which allows multi-parameter detection and high-speed sorting. It displays images of the cells in real-time to allow users to identify cell populations based on spatial and morphological information, for higher analysis and sorting confidence and more.
