Internal users

1. Submit the Service Request Form by filling in the corresponding Qualtrics forms

2. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the service details shortly

3. Save the service details page as PDF

4. Seek signature from your PI on the PDF

5. Send the signed Service Request Form together with the filled Library Submission Form/Sample Submission Form to biocrfngs@ust.hk or submit the hardcopies during office hours

6. Submit samples

2. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the service details shortly

3. You will receive a quotation in two working days

4. If you would like to use our service, please sign and stamp the quotation, together with the filled Library Submission Form/ Sample Submission Form and send to biocrfngs@ust.hk

5. Submit samples (Note that pre-payment might be required for certain entities)
